Safely back from Bangkok...
....but shattered after an epic 19 hour round trip so blog tomorrow....... (seemed to be successful though..... night....
Sheila That sounds like good news about the visas- what a trip. Looking forward to hearing about how it went. Also great to hear that the link worked- you and Geoff have been busy since we've left. A bit of a palaver about the hotel room, as you'll have seen, but as long as one is booked for you, rather than just being given a voucher (as the hotels are booked-up), it should be fine. Have an idea about the GSP project but I can't connect to the school email. Hope you're getting to enjoy the last few days. Alicia PS- The Chiangmai map is at the Amari!
Well done Sheila - what an exhausting trip. I bet your Burmese is amazing now! Looking forward to hearing the details, hope you didn't have to hang round for to long. Missing Mae Sot, everything is a lot more frantic here! Ian thinks your blogs are hilarious. PS You deserve a holiday! Enjoy Chiang Mai, the Amari seems even more luxurious after the DK, flushing toilets and everything! Hannah
